Shipping and Delivery

1. Order processing time

Order processing time is 1 – 3 working days. Please note that your delivery may take longer if we receive a large number of orders. If a significant delay is expected in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

2. Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 7 – 15 business days (may be longer depending on destination). Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Signature required upon delivery.

However, there may be circumstances we cannot foresee, such as: Weather conditions or logistical difficulties may cause minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days to accommodate delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.

Orders once submitted cannot be changed or canceled.

3. Shipping costs

Schmeler.store standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders.

4. Slow shipping

If your package takes more than 30 days to arrive, we will refund you the full amount of your order.

If your package does not arrive on time, please submit a request and we will respond within 12 hours. Thank you for your showing and support.

If the conversion tracking status is complete but you have not received your order yet, please check your home first as it may be hidden somewhere. If this doesn’t work, please contact the conversion tool we provided in your email notification about the status transfer.

5. Why hasn’t my shipping information been updated?

– Sometimes it takes a while to update information. All packages must undergo strict cleaning and quality control procedures prior to shipping for customer safety, which may result in shipping delays.

– Or sometimes the shipping company may not provide package information in time.

– We will endeavor to inform you of these or please contact us for assistance.

6. In case of lost order

If your order is lost during shipping or delivered to the wrong address, please email our customer service department and we will assist you as soon as possible. However, if the order is successfully delivered to the correct address confirmed by the shipping company, we will not be responsible for loss.
