I. Return policy

Schmeler.store offers a return service for selected items. You can use this page to learn about our return policy. Most items sold on Schmeler.store are subject to our general return policy. However, we have different policies or requirements regarding them.

1. Return time

If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

2. Conditions

Returned products must be exchanged if the following conditions are met:

– Cancellation deadline: within 24 hours of receiving payment or if your order is currently being sent by courier, we are normally unable to cancel or update your order once it has been sent. 

– Please provide photos and videos showing your order status (if returned photos or videos will not be processed).

– Returned products must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged.

3. Transportation

Shipping costs to return the package will be paid by you.

You may consider sending the item back to us using a shipping method to track the status of your order.

Once the returned item has been received and approved, you will receive an email confirming the return. If the return does not qualify for the return policy and is refused, the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.

II. Refund policy

1. Refund time

Refund period is within 30 days from the date of receipt of the customer’s returned goods.

2. Refund method

– We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether a refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a refund to the customer’s original payment method.

– Once we approve your refund, all responsibility rests with your bank.

– Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.

– If you do not wish to receive the product due to changes in personal needs, we will deduct shipping costs directly from your refund.

3. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company; It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
